Shanxi Soroya New Energy Successfully Completes Delivery of 18,000 Tons of TISCO Q355B Steel Plates for Shanxi Zhaofeng Aluminum’s 394,000-Ton/Year 600kA Potline Project

Shanxi Soroya New Energy Co., Ltd. proudly announces the successful completion and delivery of 18,000 tons of fixed-length TISCO Q355B low-alloy high-strength structural steel plates for the 394,000-ton-per-year aluminum new material project of Shanxi Zhaofeng Aluminum New Material Co., Ltd.
The project’s engineering design and EPC management were undertaken by Shenyang Aluminum & Magnesium Engineering & Research Institute Co., Ltd. (SAMI), one of China’s leading engineering organizations in the aluminum industry.
The supplied steel plates were used in the fabrication and installation of the project’s 600kA electrolytic pot shell structures, a critical component supporting one of the most advanced aluminum smelting technologies currently deployed in China.

As the designated material supply partner, Soroya coordinated the procurement, quality control, processing, and logistics management of approximately 18,000 tons of fixed-length Q355B steel plates, ensuring full compliance with project specifications and construction schedules.
